Every item is packaged and shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada via Canada Post. 

Shipping Time

British Columbia: 2-3 business days

Rest of Canada: 2-7 business days

USA: 6-10 business days

How much is shipping? 

Shipping cost is calculated at check out. The more you buy, the more you save with shipping cost! 

Do you ship internationally? 

We currently ship to Canada and the United States, but we are working hard to expand our shipping destinations. 

How fast are orders processed? 

Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Where is the local pick up address?

If you choose the local pick up option, you can collect your order at:

Terms of Services

Shipping, Customs & Duties

Orders are only shipped to verified addresses linked to the customers' PayPal or credit card accounts.

Customers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with importing their packages. 

West Side Apartment is not responsible for any lost packages for untracked shipping option.

West Side Apartment accepts no responsibilities and liabilities for delay in shipping time, as this is beyond our control. Customers should take the aforementioned shipping time as a guideline in ideal situations. Please allow for delays during holidays, especially around Christmas time. 

Defective Products

To make a claim for defective products, customers must use the tracked shipping option, and the claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Orders will show delivery confirmation upon arrival. West Side Apartment reserves the right to refuse any claim should these conditions are not met.

West Side Apartment reserves the rights to ask for proof of defective products, including photos and videos. We reserve the right to request that you return the product for inspection (if deemed necessary), in which case you are responsible for the return shipping fee. Replacements or refunds will not be issued until the defective products have been received for thorough inspection.

West Side Apartment accepts no responsibilities and liabilities resulting from the use of our products. 

Returns & Refunds

Customers are responsible for shipping fee in case products are to be sent back for replacement, exchange or refund.
